Who I am:
I’ve always been one for projects, both big and small.
In 2020 I bought a small, neglected rental house north of the Twin Cities that I spent the next three years rehabbing. In that time I removed half a dozen stumps, built a 200’ cedar fence, completely replumbed the entire house, replaced the HVAC, did a down to the studs remodel on the kitchen and bathroom as well as replaced the roof and several windows. The house was a cabin built in 1923, and was in a neighborhood of cabins on a lake, so I also bought and rehabbed a 1975 Baja speed boat and a 1983 Yamaha golf cart. I have a long history of being able to see value in places others can’t, and then put in the effort and follow-through to really bring that value to light.
The sale of my cabin project, and personal savings are funding my purchase of the business.
Today I live with my partner in the East Isles neighborhood of Minneapolis. We like to spend our time sailing at our local club, biking the network of trails here in the Twin Cities, and traveling to visit family in D.C. and Denver.
